EnDOTec® DO*53

• Composition: High-alloy weld deposit, primarily composed of Cr, Ni, etc.¹
• Hardness: Post-weld hardness typically ranges from 350 - 380 HBW¹.
• Characteristics¹:
  • Extremely high wear and impact resistance, suitable for repair and hardfacing under severe wear conditions.
  • The high-alloy weld deposit provides excellent resistance to cavitation, erosion, and corrosion.
• Welding Process³: Typically employs MIG/MAG welding process; the flux-cored wire design ensures a more stable welding process and higher weld quality.
• Applications³: Suitable for repair and hardfacing of heavy machinery components under extreme wear conditions, such as mining equipment and cement plant machinery. Also used for welding corrosion and cavitation-resistant parts in hydraulic equipment⁵.

EnDOTec® DO*16

• Composition: High-chromium alloy⁴.
• Hardness: Post-weld hardness is 42 - 47 HRC⁴.
• Characteristics⁶:
  • Excellent heat resistance, thermal shock resistance, and resistance to heat cracking, maintaining stable performance at temperatures up to 550°C.
  • Corrosion-resistant, resistant to thermal oxidation, plastic deformation, and creep, with good thermal conductivity.
• Welding Process: Gas-shielded flux-cored wire, suitable for MIG/MAG welding and all-position welding².
• Applications⁶: Used for repair and wear-resistant hardfacing of hot work tools, including hot forming tools and stamping dies. Also suitable for repair of high-alloy steels and as an intermediate buffer layer.
